1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using ShowFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users including trial users, subscribers, and pay-per-show customers.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Starter ($29.99/month) and Pro ($49.99/month) are monthly subscriptions billed automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you paid for.

Pay Per Show ($9.99/show) is a one-time purchase that grants access to one live selling session. A "session" begins when you click Start Show and ends when you click End Show or 24 hours elapse, whichever comes first. Per-show credits do not expire but are consumed upon starting a session. Per-show credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.

14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with ShowFlow within 14 days of your first payment, contact support@getshowflow.app and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe or purchase a show credit to continue using ShowFlow.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

3. License to use the App

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription or valid show credit, ShowFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on computers you own or control, solely for your personal business use as a live seller.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the App; (c) sublicense or resell access to the App; (d) use the App on behalf of third parties without their own subscription.

4. Acceptable use

ShowFlow is designed to help honest sellers protect themselves from false dispute claims. You agree not to use the App to:

  • Defraud buyers, misrepresent items, or falsify evidence
  • Violate Whatnot's or any other platform's terms of service
  • Harass, defame, or discriminate against buyers
  • Circumvent platform dispute resolution processes in bad faith
  • Use buyer information for any purpose other than fulfilling their order

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

5. Your data

All order records, evidence photos, and show history generated by the App are stored locally on your computer. This data belongs to you. ShowFlow does not access, copy, or transmit this data to our servers.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your local data. You retain access to all locally stored records regardless of your subscription status. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

By using the App, you grant ShowFlow the right to store your email address and license key on our servers for the purpose of account management and subscription validation.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

ShowFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that evidence photos captured through the App will be accepted or determinative in any dispute resolution process on Whatnot or any other platform.

Platform dispute outcomes depend on each platform's policies, which are outside ShowFlow's control and subject to change at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowFlow and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or data loss, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Third-party services

ShowFlow integrates with third-party services including Whatnot and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ShowFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Whatnot. "Whatnot" is a trademark of its respective owners.

9. Changes to the App or pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends but your locally stored data remains on your computer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
